Middle Managers attend RSL Cadet Program

The first group of middle management today completed a 6-day Revenue Services Lesotho(RSL) Cadet Program at Makoanyane Barracks. RSL Cadet Program is rolled out in phases to all RSL employees, under the professional facilitation of the Lesotho Defence Force.
