Empowering Leadership, RSL Executive Coaching Wrap-Up

On 16 July 2025, the RSL Executive convened at Botleng Lodge for the final session of its transformative Executive Coaching journey, facilitated by Connemara.

This year-long coaching initiative, specifically designed for the RSL Commissioners, formed part of a strategic development programme aligned with RSL Strategy "Lesokoana" RSL’s overarching vision.

More than a leadership development effort, the journey focused on building a cohesive, self-aware, and future-ready executive team.

Over the course of the programme, each of the five Commissioners successfully completed:

12 individual coaching sessions

4 team coaching sessions

This structured blend of personal and collective development fostered both individual growth and strengthened leadership impact across the executive team.
