RSL Cadet Programme Pass-Out: A New Era Begins

A proud milestone unfolded at Makoanyane Barracks as the first-ever cohort of Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) Cadet Programme graduated, marking a powerful step forward in building a more disciplined, ethical, and service-driven RSL.

In partnership with the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF), the months-long training tested cadets mentally, physically, and emotionally, shaping them into leaders committed to integrity, teamwork, and national service.

This is more than a pass-out. It’s a movement. A renewed commitment to public service, patriotism, and putting people first.
