Responsible for provision of strategic direction to the Legal Department through professional legal advisory services, simplified legislation and consistent application of revenue laws to improve voluntary compliance and reduce cost of collection
Key Responsibilities:

 Set Legal Department strategic direction towards ensuring its integration with the organizational strategic planning process in collaboration with executive leadership and business partners.
 Lead the process of developing and implementing Legal Departmental plans to ensure alignment and coordination with the strategic direction taken by the entire organization.
 Maintain collaborative leadership within the Legal Department towards achievement of staff engagement and motivation.
