RSL conducts development training for middle management

Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) is currently conducting the Middle Management Development (MMD) training at Botleng Guest House, Maseru. The training that commenced on Monday, 10th February, 2025 ends on Friday, 14th February, 2025.

The training was aimed at supporting supervisors and middle managers in expanding their knowledge and understanding of modern management by equipping them with a set of fundamental skills that are necessary to better understand and manage themselves, their teams, stakeholders and the organizational strategy and culture. The training also provided a platform to the participants to share experiences, deep personal reflections, group exercises, and discussions on various concepts of modern leadership and management. The training session was attended by over 30 participants.
