RSL holds engagement session for employees

In an effort to improve employee experience in line with the RSL Strategy, the Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Partnering Unit in collaboration with Client Services Division management organized engagement session for employees based in the northern region from 4th to 5th July 2024. The engagement sessions were aimed at getting in touch with employees on the ground to hear their pain points and address them.
