RSL Online Refunds Application launched

The Commissioner General of Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL), Mrs. Mathabo Mokoko today launched the Online Refunds Application, a notable milestone geared towards responding to Taxpayers needs and advancing service delivery as part of the organisation’s ongoing drive for digital transformation and operational efficiency and excellence.

The introduction of the Online Refunds Application marks a crucial step for the RSL to proactively strengthen the refund administration process through automation, accuracy, and improved turnaround times.

This initiative is firmly aligned with RSL Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027 dubbed “Lesokoana”, which identifies Digitalisation as one of key strategic pillars. Through this pillar, RSL intends to leverage technology with the ultimate objective of simplifying compliance, improving service delivery, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and enhancing transparency.
