The Commissioner of Client Services and Head of Customs, Mr. Rakokoana Makoa, emphasized that RSL recognizes the importance of building strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including small businesses, to foster mutual trust between the tax administration and the taxpayer community.

He was speaking at the Standard Lesotho Bank Symposium, held under the theme "Driving Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Growth in Partnership with Our Suppliers, Clients, and Stakeholders" at Avani Lesotho Hotel.

“We collaborate extensively to ensure ease of compliance by leveraging data and investing in people and technology. We want to ensure that we have our finger on the pulse of Lesotho’s economic heartbeat,” he said.
