OFFICIAL LAUNCH: The 2nd RSL/MISA Excellence in Journalism Awards

On Friday, 19th September 2025, the Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) and the Media Institute of Southern Africa - Lesotho (MISA-Lesotho) officially launched the second annual Excellence in Journalism Awards at a special Press Club event.

This partnership reaffirms our shared commitment to strengthening the media's crucial role in fostering public understanding and discourse on matters of national importance including taxation, customs, and economic policy.

The awards are designed to honour and celebrate the dedication, accuracy, and ethical integrity of journalists whose work contributes to a more informed society.

Eligibility Period: Journalistic work published or broadcast between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.

Submissions Open: 19 September 2025

Submission Deadline: 20 October 2025
