Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of and monitor change management plans for effective delivery and sustenance of change initiatives.
• Build capacity of RSL Change Agents to instill and drive change in their respective operations.
• Facilitate focus group discussions on specific initiatives for identification of any emerging issues that need attention and resolution.
• Collect and gather data/information using research, surveys, meetings, focus groups on change and reorganization impact.
• Collaborate with Change Agents to provide support to staff and management during and post change implementation.

Head Legal Responsible for provision of strategic direction to the Legal Department through professional legal advisory services, simplified legislation and consistent application of revenue laws to improve voluntary compliance and reduce cost of collection
Key Responsibilities:

 Set Legal Department strategic direction towards ensuring its integration with the organizational strategic planning process in collaboration with executive leadership and business partners.

Supply & Delivery of Network Access Control (NAC) Solution The Revenue Services Lesotho invites interested and qualified suppliers/ companies to submit proposals for “Supply & Network Access Control (NAC) Solution” to improve network security environment through controlling access to corporate infrastructure by both user-oriented devices and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The proposed solution must be user friendly and flexible enough to support endpoints connecting through Private APN, it must support up to 1500 end-point devices 2000 switchports and Access Points. The bidder must be ready to deliver the work upon the award of the tender. All potential Bidders must be in possession of a proven track record and must be licensed for providing services of this nature.
All bidders must attach certified copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates, company registration licences, copy of shareholding certificates, and the most recent annual financial statements for RSL to assess the financial strength and capability of the bidder to carry out the assignment. Bids without these required minimum documents shall be disqualified.
