Revenue Services Lesotho Hosts Media Training to Enhance Economic Journalism
Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) successfully concluded a two-day media training workshop on Effective Economic Reporting for journalists from various media houses. The training was held at the RSL Academy from September 16th to 17th, 2025.
A huge thank you goes to all the dedicated journalists who participated in the training. This initiative is a key part of RSL’s ongoing commitment to strengthening business and financial journalism in Lesotho. Over the two days, reporters engaged with experts on topics ranging from national economic policies and the tapestry of Lesotho's economy to essential tax education.
In his opening remarks, RSL’s Head of Marketing and Client Education, Mr. Letsatsi Sepiriti, emphasized: “An informed media is crucial for an informed public. It promotes transparency, accountability, and compliance, which are the bedrocks of our nation's development.”
The sessions were highly interactive and informative, providing journalists with deep insights and practical tools to enhance their reporting.
