RSL holds a workshop to review Digital Transformation Roadmap

Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) held a workshop to review the 2025-2027 Digital Transformation Roadmap from 11th- 14th August 2026.  The review workshop was aimed at assisting RSL to reassess the progress achieved, the business context changing dynamics and re-planning of the relevant digital transformation initiatives going forward.

The main focus of the 2026 review session was to explore how digital technologies can be leveraged to unlock full potential of tax output from Lesotho’s economy. The session explored how RSL could close tax revenue leakages and optimise efficiencies of tax collection through digital transformation strategies.
