Among other important objectives of the strategy is “to create an exciting, positive and productive work environment for all staff”. One of the milestones intended to achieve this, is through establishing Employees’ Social Club. The intention is to deliver this exciting initiative, though giving an opportunity/ exposure to emerging young talents of architects given the size of the project, and as a way of giving back to the community under its Corporate Social Investment Programme. RSL wishes to invite students in the Architectural Programme and recent graduates in the Architectural Studies field to express interest in this project. |
